500kg/h PP PE Film crushing washing recycling machine&line Characteristics:
This recycling line is composed of separator, crusher, cold & hot washer, dewaterer, dryer, packing system, etc.
1. High automation level to reduce production cost on labor and ensure high output.
2. PLC control system is convenient to operate and monitor.
3. All parts contacting with material and water are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel.
4. Ideal impurity removal effect.
The whole line includes:
1. Belt conveyor: Waste fiber feeding
2. Crusher: Fiber crushing
3. Frame: we can design the diameter of the hole according to customer’s requirement.
4. Screw loader: Scrap conveyor
5. Floating washer: Cleaning fiber scraps and separating remained dirt and dust.
6. Screw loader: Scrap conveyor into hot washer
7. Hot washer: Connected with steam boiler. Steam supplied into washing tank to heat water and scraps. Hot water makes waste loosen from fiber. Meanwhile add caustic soda and cleaning chemicals to remove dirt and oil from fiber.

9. High-speed friction washer: Get rid of dirty waste and oil.
10. Screw loader: Scrap conveyor
11. Floating washer: Cleaning fiber scraps and separating remained dirt and dust.
12. Centrifugal dryer: Dewatering

14. Storage silo: Storage silo for scraps
